Some fatty deposits don’t disappear even with diets or exercise. Liposuction is a remodelling technique that aims to remove these localised fatty deposits, such as saddlebags or love handles. Any part of the body can be treated. The fat is removed using a cannula; this is inserted through very small incisions on the skin. The skin subsequently readjusts to the new shape. Small to moderate size procedures can be performed without general anaesthesia, thanks to the new “bodyjet” water-assisted liposuction system.

Some people have a significant imbalance between their upper and lower body. The parts which are insufficiently developed can be improved using fat transfer, while the unsightly excess fat is removed using a special liposuction technique: this is the principle of liposculpture. The silhouette is in this way redesigned and harmonised, achieving a balance between the upper and lower body, without the need for implants. The most common reinjection zones are the buttocks and the breast. Our liposuction system removes and purifies the fat automatically without the need for a general anaesthesia.
