Breast reduction and remodelling of the male chest
Gynecomastia is the excessive development of the mammary glands in men. In this case, surgery can reduce the size of the breasts to achieve a flatter and more masculine chest. The size is reduced using liposuction and/or direct removal of the gland. Another procedure performed in men is pectoral remodelling or augmentation, using fat transfer, *hyaluronic acid injection or silicone implants.
