Recent studies have shown the efficacy of using cellular methods to rejuvenate the skin and other tissues. The most active cells in terms of growth factors are platelets, which can be removed and isolated from a simple blood sample. Thus, the isolated platelets may be used as a filling agent, as a superficial injection (mesotherapy) or in the form of a mask. They can also be combined with a fat transfer or a hair transplant to improve the survival of these cells.
